Welcome to Boats and Coves - Best Location at Smith Mountain Lake! 4 BR Waterfront, private cove, w/ Private double dock, deck, 2 Living Rooms! The location is absolutely ideal and just minutes by water or car to all the best restaurants and activities near Bridgewater Plaza. There is mini-golf, marinas, dining, shopping, a hardware store, 2 grocery stores and so much more within minutes of the home. You get all the benefits of being near all the activity and fun without the chaos and dangerous wake on the main channel. This home is perfect for friends and family to gather to enjoy all the lake life has to offer! The private dock has two slips, a bar area with a mini fridge, along with a 50" TV! Kayaks are available for guests' use and there is a terrific area on the dock for sunbathing. Set back in a private cove, the dock and cabana area offer a great place to float or play or sunbathe the summer days away. The cabana is fully equipped with roll up doors, a mini-fridge and a TV so you don’t miss the big game or your favorite show. There are some water toys and a floating mat and kayaks and even a paddle boat to cruise around and enjoy the views. A pontoon boat rental is also available separately – inquire for more details. Other features include a side porch overlooking the lake that’s perfect for that first cup of coffee in the morning and a large deck out back with a gas grill, table and chairs for the ultimate cookout.
