The large windows invite natural light. The kitchen has plenty of space for multiple cooks, and the tables in the kitchen and adjoining dining room provide ample space for a large group. When you're ready to wind down for the evening, you can enjoy the screened in porch or the media room which features a large screen TV, gas fireplace, and plenty of comfy reclining seating. Located just minutes away from restaurants, shops, skiing, mountain biking and more.

SURROUNDING AREA Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from our home. Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.
This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort. However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You’ll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The pool is a community pool for the private homes in Massanutten. It is available for use by our guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day for $6/person/day (subject to change). Pool availability is subject to, and at, the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through Massanutten Resort's website. **Please note some activities may sell out in advance, especially on holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee access to the amenities and amenity closure/availability is not a refundable cancellation reason.**
Please note, there are security cameras on the front of the house, inside the garage, and in the owners' closet. The cameras record audio and video based on motion.
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations as well as federal and state laws and ordinances.
This is a residential community - please respect the community and the neighbors and know your nearby neighbors may be full time residents.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.

Buses, campers, and RV’s may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
No open fires permitted in Massanutten.
This is a high wildfire risk area!
Fires are strictly prohibited at this property and in the community shared spaces.
Grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions.

No illegal substances are permitted at the home and open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
Pets are NOT allowed at this property.
All Trash must be taken to the dumpsters located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, at check out.
A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed.
Trash may not be left outside the home as it will attract wildlife which could endanger you and damage the property.
Trash should be removed regularly.
