Holiday Haven is THE perfect Massanutten getaway! From the moment you walk in the door, you’ll start to unwind. With its welcoming decor and many amenities, Holiday Haven is a retreat that you’ll never want to leave. Gather your group on one of the lovely decks and savor the quiet of the wooded lot by the glow of the gas fire table, or soak away your stress in the private hot tub. Stage a foosball or air hockey tournament in the game room or just relax in front of a crackling fire in the wood burning fireplace. This home’s three levels offer plenty of space for your group to spread out, and plenty of entertainment for everyone. Located in Massanutten Resort, so just minutes away from the water park, golfing, skiing, and hiking trails!

Bedroom 1: Upstairs king bedroom, ensuite bath
Bedroom 2: Upstairs queen bedroom, shares hall bath
Bedroom 3: Upstairs queen bedroom, shares hall bath
Bedroom 4: Downstairs king bedroom, ensuite bath
2 twin over twin bunk beds in game room/bunk room
All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries and food. Washer and dryer are available.
The driveway fits approximately 4 cars depending on size. Extra cars may be parked in resort lots. Guests may use the garage.
SURROUNDING AREA Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from our home. Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.
This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort. However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You’ll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The pool is a community pool for the private homes in Massanutten. It is available for use by our guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day for $6/person/day (subject to change). Pool availability is subject to, and at, the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through Massanutten Resort's website. **Please note due to current COVID-19 decreased capacity restrictions, some activities may sell out in advance, especially on holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee access to the amenities and amenity closure/availability is not a refundable cancellation reason.**
***Pre-Approved Dogs are allowed for a $100 per-dog fee (plus tax), maximum of 2 dogs
*Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
*This home is located in the woods. You will likely see insects (including some that fly) and arachnids. Please be aware they may come inside when doors are opened, especially when lights are on inside.
*We are not able to honor early check in or late check out requests.
