Family-style home is located deep within the resort area. This home does require stairs - it is a split level home (all above grade) with a large Master Suite on the upper level which includes a spacious king bedroom, private bathroom with soaking tub, and a private office. The lower level has three bedrooms, 2 rooms with King Beds and 1 room with 3 Twin Beds and a Trundle. On the main level there is also a bonus room which has 2 futons for extra sleeping spaces if needed - there is no door on this room and is considered common space. The open-concept main level is well apportioned for comfort and allowing the group to spend time together. With a Covered Deck area with Hot Tub, large backyard, fireplace, and comfortable outdoor furniture it is a great place to get together and be comfortable. Enjoy yard games  in the backyard or if it is a rainy day there is a ski-ball machine and a Ms. Pac Man machine inside for some game time!

The private office has a comfortable L-Shaped desk, docking station with USB-C connection, and a 34 inch Ultra Wide Monitor for ultimate productivity for those pesky times you have to get some work done.

The driveway fits 4-5 cars depending on size. Extra cars may be parked in resort lots. Guests may not access the garage.

SURROUNDING AREA Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from our home. Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.

This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort.  However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You’ll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The pool is a community pool for the private homes in Massanutten. It is available for use by our guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day for $6/person/day (subject to change). Pool availability is subject to, and at, the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through Massanutten Resort's website. **Please note due to current COVID-19 decreased capacity restrictions, some activities may sell out in advance, especially on holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee access to the amenities and amenity closure/availability is not a refundable cancellation reason.**

Ring doorbell camera at the front door and a garage floodlight camera facing the driveway and street. Both record audio and video based on motion.

This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations as well as federal and state laws and ordinances.
This is a residential community - please respect the community and the neighbors.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors
This home has designated parking (a driveway). All tires must be off the roadway if parked on the road and if you are parking on the street you need permission to ensure you are not parked on someone else's property. There is an overflow parking area if needed where you can be directed.  Buses, campers, and RV’s may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed. 
*Fires are strictly prohibited at this property except in the designated fire pit provided. A spark screen must be used at all times and the fire may NEVER be left unattended. Fire pit may not be used during quiet hours of 10pm to 8am.

No illegal substances are permitted at the home and Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
All Trash must be taken to the dumpster near the house at check out. A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed. Trash may not be left outside the home as it will attract wildlife. Trash should be removed regularly.

***Pre-Approved Dogs are allowed for a $100 per-dog fee (plus tax), maximum of 2 dogs
*This home is located in the woods. You will likely see insects (including some that fly) and arachnids. Please be aware they may come inside when doors are opened, especially when lights are on inside. 
*Please note that package delivery is not available at Massanutten homes.
*We are not able to honor early check in or late check out requests.
*Fires are strictly prohibited at this property except in the designated fire pit provided. A spark screen must be used at all times and the fire may NEVER be left unattended.
